What a Sweepstakes Casino Back Office Needs: The Operator's Checklist
Players see the lobby. Your team lives in the back office. Here is what it must do on day one.

Demos always show the games. But the back office is where you spend your days: answering players, approving redemptions, running promotions and catching fraud. A weak back office means slow support and expensive mistakes.
The checklist
- One view per player: balances, purchases, redemptions, ID status, limits, rank and recent activity on one page.
- Payments and ledger: every purchase, redemption, refund and adjustment, searchable, with what is waiting on you.
- Redemption review: a queue for prize payouts, oldest first, with the checks a payout must pass.
- ID check status: who is verified, pending or rejected, and why.
- Promotions and rewards: daily rewards, promo codes, a prize wheel, gifts, and reports on what they paid out.
- Approval rules: big manual gifts should need a second admin.
- Support: player chat and email in one place, with the player's wallet beside the conversation.
- Fraud and limits: duplicate-account signals, purchase limits and responsible-play settings.
- Team roles: support staff should not have admin powers.
- An audit trail: who changed what, and when, without asking anyone to type a reason.
Red flags in a vendor demo
- Numbers that show 0 when the data failed to load.
- No way to see a player's full history in one place.
- Everyone on the team gets the same powers.
- Manual balance edits with no record of who made them.
The LaunchSweeps back office covers this whole checklist, and we show it with sample data on every demo. Book a demo.
